Academic Activities

AIC has a team of dedicated faculty members with diverse academic and research backgrounds to deal with academic issues. AIC aims to develop leadership skills, creativity and entrepreneurship in the students to prepare them to face the future challenges of business. We believe in student-centered teaching-learning methodology. Its teaching methodology is based on application of modern equipment and real life experiences. It is managed through updated teachinglearning techniques that involve active classroom participation, interaction between students and faculties, workshops and seminars, presentations and report writings. The college has introduced various teaching aids to facilitate the teaching-learning process.

Group Discussions

According to the subject demand, group discussions among students are organized frequently so that diverse ideas are shared. This makes the whole process of learning fun, stimulating and meaningful.

Projects and Presentation

Students are assigned projects relevant to the course requirement. Project works are always in high demand as students need to demonstrate their ability to experiment, manage time and practice presentation skills.

Class Participation

Inquisitiveness is highly appreciated at AIC. While students are encouraged to put forward their queries and doubts without hesitation, they are likely to face surprise test and pop quizzes to test their awareness and focus.

Field Trips and Excursions

As we all know, students need to experience the application of their knowledge in the real world and also get some time off from the monotony of classroom learning. Therefore, we at AIC frequently organize excursions and field trips to enhance practical learning.

Guest Lectures

Leading personalities and authorities from various fields are regularly invited to speak to students on a variety of subjects and share from their storehouse of experience and knowledge. These activities inspire students towards professionalism and the will to take initiatives in life.

Internship

Aer the completion of the 5th semester examination of BBA, each student shall be engaged in different Banks and Business Houses on an intern basis for a period of 6 to 8 weeks. This provision is mandatory. It has been designed to give students an opportunity to put their classroom learning into practice.

Audio-Visual Aids

Each classroom has multimedia access. Audio visual and other teaching aids are used, where required, to ensure elective learning.

Workshops

These are organized to discuss ideas on a particular topic. Different experts from the respective areas are invited to conduct the workshop seminar.
